My Property Investment Journey: From Global Executive to Legacy Builder

Before helping others invest, I built a successful career in technology and leadership. But my real turning point came when I shifted focus from corporate success to lasting legacy, the moment I decided to use my skills to build something that truly mattered for my family’s future.

I didn’t grow up dreaming of property. My world was technology. At eight years old, I was already writing computer programs and fascinated by how systems worked. That curiosity led me to study Computer Science, graduating with First-Class Honours before starting my career at the prestigious École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland, developing GIS and forecasting tools for PhD students.

From there, I joined a small 60-person start-up that grew into a global company of over 13,000. Over more than a decade, I moved from software engineering into leadership, managing large IT operations across continents. On paper, it was everything I’d worked for. But behind the success came long hours, constant travel, and the realisation that I was missing out on time with my family.

When my father passed away, it made me stop and ask myself a difficult question: what am I really leaving behind for my children? That moment changed everything.

Like many professionals, I hesitated at first too. With so much media noise about risk and uncertainty, it’s easy to overthink rather than act.
